Setting the culture of the company.NATURE OF JOB Taking charge of the commercial, technical and organizational interests. Managing relationships with key stakeholders. Providing leadership to the managers of the finance, HR, business development and IT departments. Negotiating terms and closing deals. Ensuring that all deals meet the required revenue and margin expectations. Presiding over the organization's day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year operations. Supervising and overseeing all matters on the commercial side. Developing and managing accounts. Developing the business in new markets.* Create and execute a long term strategy for the growth of theRetail division* Ensure sort term vitality while striving for the long term vision* Build relationships with customers and ensure a strong partnership with the customer for the future* Ensure compliance in the plant to all legal rules* Take key decisions regarding the pricing strategies* To effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets* Monitoring overall production, OEE, EBIDTA & Revenue as per Mission Targets* Co-ordination With Maintenance Function for planning of Machine Uptime and downtime* To meet the Quality specifications as desired by the Customer* Co-ordination with Marketing and PPC for Production planning* To develop new Products to increase revenue and Customer satisfaction* Technical decision & planning for technology improvement for process up-gradation* Improvement in plant capacity utilization & efficient resource planning to improve the profitability* Manage the complete P&L for the business and overseeing overall revenues. Completely responsible for all business.* Their objective will be to significantly grow the top and bottom line of Fashion Retail business.* Responsibility will be to reviewing existing brands, and to optimize performance as well as analyze the market for opportunities to acquire new brands* Determine and formulate policies and provide overall direction of companies or private and public sector organizations within guidelines set up by a board of directors or similar governing body.* Develop the Whole sales business for the brand,* Develop new chanels of sales* Increase profitability for the brand* Manage inventory levels* Identify and negotiate terms with third party vendors for various marketing support activities* Study competition products and benefits* Manage brand independently as a profit center and achieve the business objectives through enhancement of sales and profitability* Experience with acquiring new brands and growing/optimizing an existing portfolio.* Plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate executives and staff managers.* Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services* Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders* Responcible for all approvals - designs,Fit,Quality,osting,Range,Plan,etc..* Oversees fundraising planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources, establishing strategies to approach funders, submitting proposals and administrating fundraising records and documentationAREAS OF EXPERTISEDeveloping new markets, Cutting costs, Relationship management, General management, Business Plans ,International Business development, Financial acumen Increasing salesJob Location Coimbatore"CEO - (Garments - PAN India)", CEO, textile, garments, bed sheets, wears, wear, clothes, clothing, apparel, Chief Executive Officer, Head, National,
