To manage all aspects of an Private Limited.To be the primary point of contact for company the UK management team.To grow the business from zero sales and to hit agreed quarterly sales and profit targets. Full P&L responsibility.Responsible for the following functions- Sales - direction, motivation, team management,incentives and rewards, progress tracking, annual reviews- NOC - the NOC Manager will report to the CEO. CEO will provide support to the NOC Manager in terms of technical oversight of infrastructure, infrastructure architecture design, project management, ensuring a fault free and continuous business-class service.- Software Development - the Software Development Director will report to the CEO. The CEO will provide support to the Software Development Director in terms of software architecture design and all aspects of the development process including software tools and environments, project planning and management, team communication and software testing and release to production.Responsible for local regulatory, accounting, licence and government compliance of the company. Proposing and agreeing with company Group, the strategy and plans for the company.Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or similar MBA10+ years experience in each of the following Management of teams of 20+ people P&L responsibility Telecom / voice services / VoIP / minutes markets Software architecture design and software team management Network design, support and management Sales or sales management Ideally will currently be a director or CEO of an ISP or telco.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
