This role incumbent is responsible for efficient effective running of the Finance Accounts Business Support function implement maintain all financial controls systems within the business identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures from financial and business perspectives Key Responsibilities Prepare budgets forecasts and cash flowsProduce Ontime statutory and internal financial reportsPrepare analyse Financial modellingEnsure that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintainedPrepare and reconcile monthly profit and loss accounts balance sheets and cash flow statements for multiple entities across multiple locationsProduce and maintain financial policies and procedures of the Financial and Corporate Accounting functionsManage the Accounts Receivable process to ensure that all overdue debt collection procedures are followedManage the Accounts Payable process to ensure that all supplier agreements are conformed with and that all payments are made within company termsManage efficient utilisation of resources both human and materialIdentify and recommend training requirements for all direct reportsLiaise with Financial institution and Fund Managers for merger and acquisitionsBusiness valuation Merger Due Diligence documentation processMake periodic validation of the project estimation process through comparisons between estimated and actual costs Proposed cost management on overhead and identified rooms for improvementQualifications Skills Graduation in CommerceCA ICWA MBA in FinanceMust have experience in HealthcareMinimum 10 years of relevant work experience
