Competencies and Experience-Between 6-9 years of relevant work experienceExcellent Communication & presentation skillsITIL v3 trained and certified preferably intermediateExperience in Service Control processes for organization of similar Willing to work in shiftsRequirements-Oversees all aspects of change management processes focusing primarily on the offshore change management processResponsible for implementing & monitoring offshore Change Management Processes based on the ITIL frame work?Partners with appropriate internal/external teams to ensure appropriate adherence to the process and constantly align process with regional service control teamsCoordinate with other Change managers to ensure appropriate communication, coordination and authorization of changesTake action to ensure Change related incidents are validated and internal change processes are improved to avoid future impactsSLA adherence & compliance with monthly reporting as appropriate and GovernancePoint of contact for information, escalation, and coordination of Changes requests for offshore. Arbitration of Changes to the CAB and iCAB meetings with appropriate trackingDefine and formalize a global standard for compliance & perform trend analysis as appropriateKnowledge of different change Management Processo Change Processo Urgent Change Processo Emergency Change Processo Routine Change Processo Retrospective Change Processo Change freeze schedules..etc.Reporting-Prepare Management Reports, Trend analysis, Governance reports as neededDocument, Analyze & communicate Changes/RFCs/Service RequestsReport RFCs processed, implemented, unauthorized changes detected, on schedule changes & prioritization of existing requestsAnalyze Change and Service request reports, Service level targets, ticket categorizations, notifications, etc.Initiate and complete Change Management reviews as assignedRecord service improvement action plans and executes themTrack the status of all open service improvement action plans with actionable closure timelines till closure
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
