Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Execute a segment-based multi-channel retention marketing strategy Work alongside product marketing and product teams to understand program storylines and product offerings and then work with retention marketing team to develop, position, package, and communicate the membership value proposition effectively for key member segments. Identify and analyze opportunities for improvement in member experience/ member serving process Facilitate best practice sharing across communications, whether for acquisition or retention marketing Own progress toward defined, program-specific success metrics for total service consumption, working with manager to course correct strategies as necessary Execute outbound communications (primarily email) to executives who subscribe to the services of specific programs. The communications are designed to promote aspects of the service and encourage consumption in order for our clients to secure value from the service. Specific activities include 1. Work with Product Marketing and Leadership council product leaders to develop and maintain an editorial calendar to effectively convey key program messages2. Creating campaigns and collateral to enhance current service consumption3. Measuring and monitoring performance and course correcting as needed. Content Development Liaise with Product Marketing and Leadership Council leaders to develop an editorial calendar for member communication. Develop understanding of types of resources most appealing and most helpful for member base; apply findings to member communication. Effectively craft simple and meaningful messages that drive desired action. Edits content of others to ensure clear and compelling.Segmentation and Analytics Help identify underserved member segments and write targeted campaigns to improve engagement with the service, working with program leaders to ensure the right resources in place Analyze performance in email delivery, open rates, click-through rates, other metrics using Eloqua software to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend strategy shifts; Works with Central Marketing, as appropriate Management and Teamwork Collaborate with other parts of marketing to develop annual marketing strategy for relevant practice; partner on joint campaigns Proactively share learnings that will benefit team and function Support initiatives to improve the impact of the Retention Marketing team as we evolve team capabilities and further develop best practice approaches across the team.Qualifications A successful candidate will possess College degree in a related discipline. Ideally 3-6 years digital communication, marketing, or sales experience. Ability to influence and partner with internal business partners on strategic products objectives and challenges; Energy and positive attitude to work with varying stakeholders and get them through to the final mile of action and outcomes; Persistent and relationship-focused. Able to influence and advise internal partners on marketing strategy and direction. Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; Ability to build relationships and work well across multiple functions. Excellent written communication skills; Strong editing skills; Excellent oral communication skills; Ability to present self professionally and intelligently to internal clients/colleagues. Superior problem solving ability. Intellectual curiosity and dedication to mastering complex terrain Strong business knowledge to understand and interpret senior-executive challenges. Ability to form and test hypotheses with available data Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills Ability to learn substance of research quickly; ability to graphically depict key insights; Synthes competitive information on an ongoing basis to inform marketing strategy; Proficient in Eloqua,, Business Objects, and Google Analytics and able to present data clearly to inform decisions Excellent organization, multitasking and prioritization skills
