Job Details

To drive revenue & gross margin objective of the organization in the assigned territory.To consistently work towards improving Eaton market share in the assigned territory.Drive, nurture and hold relationship with key partners/ customers.Training and grooming the channel partners on Eaton solutions and valuesTo consistently thrive in enhancing channel partner base in the assigned territory.Proliferate our reach in other large government and private corporates accounts through rate contracts and effective seeding/ prescription and also grow mid-market customers through channel networkBe responsible for customer and channel satisfaction.Responsible for effective execution and implementation of various channel programs and schemes promotions, channel programs, To consistently work towards Eaton pricing/positioning/market intelligence strategy and provide input to centralized price team to improve opportunity hit rate. To demonstrate highest level of Ethics while conducting businessBasic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Bachelors Degree with Master s degree is highly desirable. Previous Channel experience required with minimum 3-5 yrs. Requires product application knowledge for UPS, data centers as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry. Requires solid negotiation skills and market intelligence. Strong interpersonal skills/ Channel Management Skills/ Distribution Engagement Skills
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
