Job Details

To create specification for E&ES products and drive conversion in the market. To engage and expand Channels in assigned geographies. To implement agreed Annual Operating Plan which will meet the business goals. Works with the sales and support teams for achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term goals in line with companys vision and values.Key deliverablesCustomer ManagementMeet new customers and Expand Customer Base. To understand customer requirements and present product and solutions appropriately to make sales. To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Ensure any customer complaints are highlighted to manager and follow-up for immediate corrective action.Sales and Commercial Activities Ensure Order log-in as per Company Policy. Liaisioningng with Logistics to check the progress of existing orders and communicate as .appropriateto customer Ensure on time collection of C- forms and other key statuary documents Review Statement of accounts periodically for assigned Channel partners and ensure anydiscrepancy is addressed immediately . AR management as per Co. s policyReporting Submit Weekly Sales Report on time Ensure Customer and Project Database is up to date Participate in daily TAM Provide MISLocal Promotions Ensure Local Promotion Plan is executed as per schedule with adherence to Brand Guidelines. Conduct periodical meets aimed at Specifiers, DealersQualificationsEngineering/B.SC
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: B.Sc. (Science)
