Service Penetration/Reach. 6. Service promotional activities. 7. Maintaining parts inventory at dealerships as per EOR norms. 8. Enhancing Customer Satisfaction. 9. Warranty Settlement. 10. Support dealers in troubleshooting. 11. Training Dealer Service personnel. 12. Feedback to Back-end HQ team through technical reports and failure analysis reports.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce)

Experience: 5-8
