Achieve/exceedmonthly, quarterly and annual quota targetsEffectively manage pipelineand provide timely and accurateforecastsWork closely with HPE Channel Support Sales Manager to deliver on channel strategyMaintain up-to date knowledge of our servicesportfolio to maximizesales potentialAct as primarypoint of contactfor distributors, partners, customers and internal salesteams regarding questionsrelating to renewal pricing,HPE Software product migrations, policies, etcMaximizerevenue by minimizing productcancellations for renewalsBe accountable for managing the success of our channel business (distributors and partners)Drive new channel renewal initiatives to our distributors and partnersCreate, maintain and implement an up-sell plan for all assigned accounts to meet customer needs and maximize revenueParticipate in the negotiation of terms and conditions as necessary for renewal agreementsParticipate in continual process improvements and recommend best practices for the team as applicableInteract as required with cross functional organizations on a worldwide basis such as Product Management, Technical Services, Legal, Finance, and senior management to ensure Software Services objectives and goals are metEstablish effective working relationships with the entire Field Sales Organization with the goal of cross-selling portfolio offerings across HPE Software Services to enhance customer satisfaction. QualificationsEducation and Experience RequiredFirst level university degreewith recommended focus in business or finance.Typically3 -6 years of experience.Knowledge and Skills RequiredStrong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.Experience with contract management, sales and negotiation experienceSome channel experience preferredExperience in complex business and contract negotiations within the IT industry including multi- product salesProven track record of quota achievement ability to open conversations and close dealsBA/BS degree or equivalent in education and work experienceAbility to work independentlyHighly organized and detailed orientedAbility to work well with other internal organizations in a team environmentCan do attitude who can aggressively pursue opportunitiesStrong written, verbal and interpersonal skillsBe able to work effectively under tight deadlines in fast changing environments
