1.To supervise and monitor the health of customer data collected2.To enhance the customer data on relevant parameters3.To spearhead customer communication campaigns based on customer segmentation and providing customers relevant value propositions.4.To create internal marketing partnerships where business managers start to see the value of data led marketing.5.To internally sell this concept to sales and customer service.Job Responsibilities1.Building Analytical CLTV Capability To Spearhead Analytical CLTV capability in MF byImpacting creation of customers insight (basis customer data) for strategic decision making. Leading to ensure action from the customer knowledge.Evolving ROI measurement.(MEASUREMENT CRITERIA Quantitative / Qualitative % of Analytical solutions used for driving strategy)(LEVEL Full Partial Supporting Full)2. Campaign Mix PlanningDeveloping Customer segmentation strategies Complete ownership of Value enhancement & Product X-sell strategy through campaignsIdentifying new opportunities/Products for X-Sell Identifying & executing offers based communicationHigher campaign throughput through templated campaigns(MEASUREMENT CRITERIA Quantitative / Qualitative No. of new segments / frameworks launched, No. of Tests conducted, No. of Score Cards Reworked / Developed, No. of error free & Timely campaigns launched)(LEVEL Full Partial Supporting Full)3. Support to sales/product teamsIdentifying customer segments to carry campaigns Identifying homogeneous customer segments to improve persistency(MEASUREMENT CRITERIA Quantitative / Qualitative Leads generated/AUM generated from these campaigns)(LEVEL Full Partial Supporting Full)4.
