Job DescriptionKey Objective / Overall Job Responsibility 1. Conceptualize & review implementation of HRM strategy for BU and drive organization transformation, knowledge management and process development initiatives to keep the BU in shape for meeting business challenges 2. Manage performance, pay and rewards at the BU and review talent sourcing needs to develop the manpower plan and budget of the BU 3. Manage a high performance work culture and development of talent within the BU to ensure that there is adequate supply of future business leaders (bench strength) within the BU 4. Ensure harmonious industrial and employee relations at the BU leading to uninterrupted business operations through compliance to all ER related statutory and legal requirements 5. External stakeholder management to gain their support (critical stakeholders villagers, local political leaders/ opinion makers and legislative / government bodies etc.) to ensure uninterrupted operations 6. Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
