Primarily responsible for CARE delivery with the help of support from functional SPOCsHelping partners and service delivery teams in all queries and issues resolution pertaining to the claimsAgency channelBanc-assurance partnerAMHI Legal teamAMHI grievance teamEnsuring requisite manpower and training in place for deliveryTo transfer knowledge and help team members develop to be future ready, thereby creating pool of talented individuals within the teamResponsibilities include helping team achieve specified objectivesTo carry out continuous improvement initiatives in the processesDrive all initiatives planned and keep management updated on regular basisRegular planned interactions with various partners, ensuring satisfactory resolution of their grievances and continuous improvement in satisfaction levelskills/knowledge/experience/qualifications requiredQualificationsThe job holder should preferably be a post graduate in management. Medical or paramedical knowledge would be an added advantage (not mandatory)Skills & work experience (describe the skills and experience considered essential to do the job)Should have around 3 to 5 years of claims adjudication experience in health (must), accidental and disability insurance domainExperience in partner relationship management and legal representation is desiredStrong communication and negotiation skillsHigh customer orientation and balanced approach in decision makingGood conflict managerSound insurance industry knowledgeExperience of handling a team of 5-10 people with variety of educational and professional back ground
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
