ResponsibilitiesAs an executive member of the company, you will help shape our brand in the marketplace, help recruit/attract new team members and help shape and retain the culture of the company.Identify and propose new acquisition channels and tests to drive growth in new clients and registrantsManage acquisition programs through various channels Offline events, SEM, online media, affiliates, social media, re-targeting, Content marketingDevelop and maintain acquisition performance dashboard and forecastCollaborate with creative & product teams in developing new creative solutionsFacilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies at an organization.Increase revenue generation, reduce costs and perform risk mitigation.Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results.Implement and manage marketing budget.Leverage data and analytics to drive insights.Modify or redirect business intelligence strategy.Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing team.Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth.Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates. RequirementsBachelor s degree from a top school in a quantitative discipline such as Marketing/Digital Marketing MBA a plusExperience or strong interest in a fast paced startup environmentExperience with best practices in marketing, measurement and reportingExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with online analytic toolsIndependent thinker that is self-driven and comfortable with ambiguityOrganized, detail-oriented and able to set and meet realistic deadlines10 years of well- rounded marketing / business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with a focus on marketing expansion and identifying emerging market trends.Should have proven experience in running integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) and should have had global experience as well.Well- proven experience in Content marketing, Event marketing, Digital marketing and PR
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
