Job DescriptionAs Chief Marketing Officer your responsibilities include the followingResponsible for all areas of Marketing including sales, customer experience & creating innovative marketing strategies that will build our brand, leading to increased awareness, relevance and respect among our target audienceDevelop long-term global digital Marketing strategies to facilitate growth, sales at an organization.Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across all digital consumer touch points to achieve key business objectivesDrive global digital programs and campaigns across all lines of business within Diamond factory Global Marketing, from strategy through execution, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, Search Engine Marketing and Optimization, etc.Provide digital thought leadership and corresponding excellence in execution on all digital fronts.Lead and partner with global marketing communications functions, consumer insights, PR, events, retail, global product marketing teams and international subsidiaries.Ensure measurement plans and test and learn capabilities in place to optimize campaigns.Partner with subsidiary marketing managers to ensure strategic alignment and on-time content delivery on a global basis.Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth.Oversee the development of new products.Create product roadmap.Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates.Desired Candidate ProfileMBAin Marketing with 12 to 20 years of relevant experienceDeep understanding of digital marketing strategy and the overall digital landscape, as well as the ability to lead and execute digital creative development and production processes.Passion for digital and social marketingProven strategic thought leadership to drive innovation and business results.Ground-breaking leader with strategic, creative and financial acumen as well as a strong business intellect to take our organization to the next level.Superb writing, speaking, and presentation skillsStrong knowledge of industry best practices, market research, and leading edge methods of communicationEffective project management skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, prioritize work, maintain deadlines and ensure quality of workAbility to work in a fast paced environmentHigh comfort level with a collaborative work process and collegial working environmentExperience successfully directing and mentoring a team of professionals
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant) | MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
