Responsible for entire operations i.e. Business development to Execution of an International Call Centre. Ensure desired satisfaction for existing customers & adherence to Quality & Service delivery standards. This is a voice based International Back Office Operations.Candidate ProfileB.E./MBA with 12-16 yrs exp. with min. 2 yrs in heading an International Call Centre. Should have knowledge of Insurance & Financial Services back office operation. Complete knowledge of Call Centre operations & an entrepreneurial aptitude is essential.
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
