To perform client profiling, recommend asset allocation, and proactively engage with customers to facilitate transactionsTo reach out to all client relationships through face to face/telephonic/email interaction to ensure coverage of all relationships in adherence to the policy mandate around frequency of client contactTo invite customers for client events and get clients to meet bank personnel as a part of the independent contact processTo acquire new customers through generation of references from existing clients and/or through partnership with the client acquisition team of the bankTo complete all AML / KYC requirements pertaining to accounts managed by the RM; also cover AIRs/CDDs, etc. for the clients managedComplete all mandatory certifications within 90 days of joining the bank; ensure that the certifications are current and updated; and continuously keep self updated on changes in products, processes and compliance/regulatory normsProvide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges etc. proactively to the customer and ensure best services are provided to themKeep immediate supervisor informed about key market/customer information and proactively escalate potential issues/concernsSenior RM's are recommended to maintain a record client memos basis client interactions/meetingsQualifications Education and ExperiencePrior experience in wealth management - including Insurance, Investments and Forex/Trade and commercial productsPrior experience in banking set-up preferredAwareness about banking regulations/product regulations around insurance/investments, etc.Relationship management - especially HNW/HNI segmentUnderstanding of Lending/Commercial Banking and niche products are preferredGraduates with >=5 years experiencePost graduates with >=2 years experienceProficient SkillsStrong communication skillsStrong quantitative and analytical skillsUnderstanding of markets - key drivers, current trends, etc.Ability to Sell - strong selling/product pitching abilitiesHigh achievement orientation
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Sc. (Science)
