A reputable FandB company is currently recruiting for a Client Relations Manager. Job Purpose. To service our clients and enhance their customer experience To achieve the business budget with regards to revenue and number of clients. To increase corporate clients and manage these accounts. To oversee the smooth operation of the customer service departmentKey Tasks Generating and handling leads. Working closely with Sales, Business Development and Marketing to increase client base. Overseas CSRs from Sales prospective, ensuring properly managing clients, increase renewals and getting feedback. Converting all inquiries into clients. Handling corporate accounts. Generating, analyzing data, and putting plan together based on data and results to ensure meeting company targets with Business Development managerCoordinating and communicating all marketing initiatives with CSRs, Dieticians and other departments. Overseeing the CSR department and the guiding the CSR supervisor.


MINIMUM KNOWLEDGEEXPERIENCETRAININGQUALIFICATIONS A customer service experience for at least 5 years within the same field, Hospitality or FandB.
