Serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction responsible for all client communications, issue resolution, and ensures quality and compliance on all major client deliverablesConsistently provide excellent customer service and support to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure qualityEnsures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner; acts as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions of the organization & communicates the client s goals and represent the clients interests to the teamWorks closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of task status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the projectLiaise with clients, factory and developers for the co-ordination of associated workEnsures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitableBuild relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities for account growth and new businessProvides regular two-way communication between the client and team & provide strong team representation and set proper client expectationsUnderstanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the clientProviding regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basisPlaying an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clientsResponsible for payment collections by providing effective client support and serviceFocusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new businessDevelopment and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel achieving high sales targets and goals, building new business relationships using existing industry contactsSkills neededProven Account Management skillsExtremely detail orientedTechnical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiatorHigh level of initiative and work well in a team environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsHandles stressful situations and deadline pressures wellPlans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
