The Candidate willact as a lead in conceptualizing events Required RequirementMBA from a reputed institute with minimum 5-7years of experience Professional BackgroundRequire Candidates from MICE and Events background with at least 2 years of service with a reputed company IT SkillsCandidate needs to have good presentation skills and working knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint, Excel and Word tools Overall Supervision and day to day interactions with the clients Has to be the primary point of contact and drive the coordination Job will include directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints Streamline business operations, provide product training to customers, discuss technical aspects about a product / services, and oversee campaigns Ready to work at odd hours for office work and onsite supervision Actively work on developing new account & new business opportunities. Assist your team head in creating, developing, conceptualizing and delivering business proposals to clients Candidate should be a good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills an outgoing personality passionate to work in events & MICE industry Prior experience is a must and should have exhibited leadership skills in the pastPS Required only female candidatesAdditional requirement - HR ( recruiter ) and Executive assistant
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
