? Build relationships with Deliver Center Leads globally? Implement Align and Transform for remaining delivery centers? Implement Visit to Win Learning Journey for delivery centers and keep it fresh ongoing? Provide context and content of delivery capabilities at each center to deal teams? Engage opportunity centric, BPO and local Marketing teams as appropriate for a site visits and strategically to accomplish goals? Engage specific delivery individuals/roles at centers for a site visit? Create strategic visit agendas and client journey map based on deal and client for a site visit? Work with client team to gain client approval and freeze the visit agenda for a site visit? Ensure the respective Delivery Leads anchor the visit and that they are fully prepped? Create standard and customized presentations for the boardroom, floorwalks, panels, etc. that are engaging, meaningful and relevant to the client.? Facilitate prep calls, dry runs and rehearsals with teams on site as needed; or coach Visit to Win Lead to do this for his/her geography? Use Visit to Win tool to track visit requests, manage the process and solicit feedback? Monitor use/uptake/reporting from Visit to Win tool? Integrate win strategy, buyer values, social styles and sales messages into the visit across? Provide data to reporting and dashboards? Manage Visit to Win Library ? Manage site visit pipeline globally? Managing and forecasting resource pipeline and capacity for visits. Key SkillsDemonstrated experience in? Site visits or tours with clients or SE/CEO level individuals? Coordinating multiple logistical criteria simultaneously? Planning and managing multiple projects? Building creative and effective sales presentations? Communicating effectively with leadership as well as clients teams and clients? Working with Microsoft products? Building strong, trusted relationships? Negotiating to a win/win? Creative problem solving approaches? Understands Sales and Sales approach Worked directly with the Sales force Team? Currently working with an BPO.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce)
