Roles and responsibilitiesA customer-facing role to deploy, manage cloud services as well as assist to resolve queries and provide high-availability of these services. Analyze performance, understand the environment to diagnose and troubleshoot cloud servicesAbility to interact with customers, vendors, partners, and development teams Ability to solve problems quickly and completely with minimal oversight from supervisor Utilizes both written verbal communication to help our customers resolve their technical issues. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment Possess a positive attitude Ability to work with global team and thrive in a fast-paced environment to learn rapidlyThe position will require to work in day/night shifts Research on customer issues, enter and track defects, partner with development team to help reproduce complex issues, drive towards closure. Write tools/script to help the team troubleshoot and provide high availabilityWrite technical articles, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the customer community New and exciting challenges on the job while you learn and use cutting edge technologies & productsBased on your experience act as customer advocate to provide feedback to internal teams in order to improve product capabilities as well as new understand product initiatives Work with leadership on strategic initiatives & process enhancements to improve our customers support experienceCoach/mentor new hires, deliver trainings, participate in recruiting right talent Ability to think outside the box , apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers Has the ability to challenge how things are usually doneInclined towards innovation and stays plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends Required SkillsRequired skillsHands on experience in system administration of Linux / Windows platforms and web application services Hands on experience with virtualization using various hypervisors (ex. VMWare, Hyper-V, Docker, XEN)Hands on experience with cloud provisioning and service orchestration tools (ex, Ansible) Strong networking skills (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, Network and System monitoring tools)Strong troubleshooting and issue isolation skills Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal English) Programming skills in any scripting languages (ex. bash, perl, python)
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 2-6
