This role is responsible to meet or exceed Retail Sales KPIs, Comp Growth against planned Budgets of Franchisee run Mono brand stores(12-15 stores). To drive commercial success and strengthen retail execution in the assigned stores.Functional;To ensure proper execution of established policies, procedure, initiatives and directives regarding store operation, visual merchandizing, staff training and in-store marketing store activationTo ensure all stores commercial successResponsible for a business of approx 10 crs per annumTo support front Retail forces via Store operation excellence programs to ensure increasing stores? productivity and profitabilityTo ensure all stores comply Global VM standard and guidelineIdentify and communicate Market needs and best practicesTo visit Franchise stores and to ensure NS productivity, Retail KPIs, VM, Re-order enforcement, etc.To group Franchise customers, set objectives, strategies, tactics, allocate resources and ensure translation into action plans respecting the framework set by the customer portfolio strategiesControlling;To measure progress on own KPIsTo report to Area Retail ManagerTo review and take action on all MIS reportsTo monitor and report on stores and competitors Sales and activities, and propose/initiate/take actionsTo provide realistic plans and forecasts on store performancesKPIsRetail Sales, KPIs , Comp Growth of the Cluster against planned Budgets of own managed stores ( 12 - 15 stores )Store Operations Excellence Store AuditsManaging staff motivation/incentives and productivity, Comp growth in staff productivity - avg sales / month/yearMotivate and engage with the Store managers and the Retail associates on a day to day basis to drive the best from themWork closely with the Partner and Partners team to implement best practicesTo closely monitor merchandise movements and propose stock transfers/reorders to the partnerTo work closely with the Merchandising/VM/Training and the COE teams and implement the guidelines receivedTo Train and Develop the Store managers/Retail associates which will ensure profitable and well managed storesProfessional background
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
