Essential Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of COE resources to execute sourcing finance processes consistent with policies and SOP s Manage the relationship with the service providers and ensure billing, productivity and SOW commitments are met. Define, implement and report CoE service level metrics. Review results with sourcing finance team quarterly for feedback. Drive process improvement opportunities. Translate finance requirements from Regional Sourcing Finance Managers, Direct Sourcing Finance Manager and Cash Leader into sustainable processes that provide insightful analytics. Develop and maintain excellent SOP s. Support GE Healthcare standard setting process and operating plan. Provide all reports and commentary necessary to analyze the PPV, MPV, IPV, Rebates Inter-org, transactional FX, below-the-line, trade AP and supplier advance accounts. Support direct material deflation reporting, Indirect VCP review/approvals, trade AP balances and average weighted term reporting. Monitor periodic error and controllership reports to resolve defects in a timely manner and identify process improvement opportunities. Ie, missing cost. Support the monthly estimating and quarter close process by providing insightful financial analysis, as well as partner with finance teams to drive process improvements that increase forecast accuracy and operational insight. Drive consistency and standardization across all GEHC P&Ls. Develop domain expertise in Oracle purchasing, inventory, standard costing, accounts payable and transfer price modules. Perform audits on ERP set-ups to identify gaps and drive systemic corrections to eliminate manual journal entries. Support global sourcing base cost reporting totaling $65M Provide support to Region Sourcing Finance Managers with specific requirements from Region teams and also GGO Provide financial analysis and account reconciliations in support of supplier advances. Liaison with the Region team to ensure tax compliance, statutory requirements and other regulatory compliance and reporting requirements are adhered to. Play an integral role in the sourcing workbench/playbook enhancements to ensure all financial requirements are understood and included in the tool. Identify and support simplification initiatives that drive standardization across all P&LsQualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of six years of financial work experience Chartered accountant or Cost Accountant or equivalent professional designation. Demonstrate strong managerial experience in leading & coaching teams Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives Excellent PC skills experience with financial systems/applications (i.e. Oracle, Market Maker, Microsoft Access & Excel, Business Objects, Hyperion, etc.), strong Excel and Access skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, macros, ability to efficiently manage large data sets) Integrity Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others Strong analytic skills able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change Clear thinking / problem solving successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas Excellent communication skills experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce)
