Job Details

The GPS Command Centre is the single entry point in Group Technology (GT) for incident management related support, escalation, facilitation and controlling.Our service catalogue includes incident and major incident management support, direct escalation for the Customer Service Center (CSC) and the Zurich Airport branch.We also provide escalation services to external service providers.The Command Centre is responsible for the weekly GT incident and problem review boards and provides incident management training to GT staff.The daily production readiness calls held in all location are chaired by the command center.Your experience and skillsYou haveExcellent communicator (both written and verbal) skills able to deliver complex messages effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of the IT service & process landscape (ITIL foundation certification necessary) Min 5-12 yrs of experience in IT Incident and Problem managementRich experience in managing IT incidents on a cross stream / technology basisYou have strong knowledge of both the IT infrastructure & IT application landscape within financial servicesYou arewell versed in Crisis Management processes and scenarios.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 5-10
