Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned construction contractor who has established themselves in the Middle East as one of the leading providers of world class construction and civil engineering projects. Our client is looking to hire a Commercial Director to join this highly successful business to grow and develop an already strong department working on various civil and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate should have a Degree in Law and hold relevant memberships, however this is not essential. You should also have a minimum of 10 years experience and be able to demonstrate proven commercial management skills with a track record of claims control. You should have previously worked with a well-renowned contractor with extensive experience in claims. Our client has stated a preference for a candidate who has worked on projects based in Europe, the Americas, the Far East or Australia.
