Major AccountabilitiesCommunication PlanDetermine & support Training Community communication channels including internal & external audience including training programs, content, calendar.Provide monthly scorecard & KPIs to management on training completion & effectiveness Monitoring & TrackingClose follow-up with commercial managers on individual or generic performance gaps, develop training plan to address and monitor improvement progress.Tracking and monitoring employee training score card based on agreed training and enablement plans per functionDevelop, roll-out & monitor knowledge assessment scoring.Develop, roll-out & monitor training satisfaction & effectiveness surveys.Best Practice GuidanceManage design and development of standardized training curricula for direct organization, distributor partners, and end-user customers.Localize global training concepts area / regional / country requirementsActively explore best practices and develop training plan target audience which would benefit.Operational SupportDrive and execute on training and enablement plans in the area and regionsDrive Training, deployment and adoption of sales tool suite within the commercial organizationDrive development & standardization of e-Learning & virtual training sourcesContinuously develop & improve training and enablement curricula based on input training score, assessment scoring, and sales force effectiveness.EducationBachelor s degree or equivalent experience required.BackgroundMinimum of 3 years track record in the health care industry with an emphasis on commercial, marketing and / or training functions in the diagnostics and / or medical device businessStrong track record of presenting to small groups, medium d groups of 20-100 people and not only as a speaker but also as main facilitator.Objection HandlingEntrepreneurial and self-guidedExcellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsTeamwork/teambuilding skillsChange management experience highly desirableCandidates must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages are advantageousThe position requires the willingness to travel on a frequent basis, up to 50% of time (majority of work could be done by email, phone, WebEx, telepresence calls, but F2F meetings & training will require travelling).
