Identify customer impacting issues, working out and implementing solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction rateDrive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency of the site. Understanding and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and proceduresDevelop, analyze and improve new strategies and proceduresDevelop and achieve performance goals and objectives in line with the network wide vision and goals.Lead a team of people manager leads to provide world-class support to our community of users.Be a passionate advocate for all riders and driver partners and confidently answer any questions that come your way in a high stress, fast moving environmentWork with our engineering and process teams to improve internal tools and user experienceListen attentively to the voice of Uber s community and provide feedback to the rest of the companyREQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experiencePeople management experience with proven ability to effectively manage, set team goals, develop people to their highest levels of performance, and manage through challenging managerial situations.Prior professional experience with optimization, processes, systematic organization, program/project management.Demonstrated Data/Analytics experience; Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
