Formulate policies, procedures and programs in the area of Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Organizational DevelopmentDesign and Implement identified organization development interventions through selection, design and delivery of services and programs that may include talent management, leadership development, change management etc.Oversee the communication flow within the organization with a view to ensuring adherence to HR systems and procedures and collaborates with line managers. Identify issues/ areas of improvement proactively and introduce specific initiatives and implement these in the organizationProvide timely and regular updates to the function head on all departmental activitiesMaintain an awareness of developments in the fields of Human Resources to ensure that the organization continues to take advantage of the latest thinking in these areas
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
