Condition Monitoring & Analytics teamis part of Service Product Management in Global Service, mainly focusing on monitoring activities such as analysis on vibrational data and standard signals to measure performance and determine condition of the wind turbines and components, combining and developing methods to detect and highlight potential failures and damages before they happen, playing a key role to optimize service operations Responsibilities+3 years of experience in industry with Vibration Analysis, Condition MonitoringExperience on SKF or BKV technologiesGood Understanding about working knowledge of Vibration Analysis Softwares, Vibration Data Acquisition systems, Vibration sensors and various Condition Monitoring techniquesExpertise on Root Cause Failure Analysis, Basic Fault Diagnosis and Condition EvaluationExperienced on the commercial side, and decidedly hands-on and not just theoreticalBring not just an analytics-orientation, but the ability to use analytics to drive key success metrics related to yield management and revenue generationFluency in English and have good communication, presentation skillsSix Sigma DMAIC/DFSS, good understanding about application of various statistical tools in data analysis and problem solvingGood understanding on gearbox, generator and bearing failure modes and problem solvingExposure to Condition Monitoring of Wind TurbinesKnowledge on Matlab and R is a plusPrimary duties will be monitoring and diagnosing the health condition of wind turbine gearboxes, main bearings and generators to highlight potential failures and/or damages before they happenTechnical reporting of potential reliability conditionsConstant interaction with service operations performing a follow up on the alerts detected by the system and the technical actions applied on fieldImprovement of alert definitions and monitoring templates based on feedback from fieldKnowledge sharing to spread technical solutionsSupport to service operations on interpreting the predictive models to optimize maintenanceParticipate in Continuous Improvement Programs.QualificationsM.E/M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech. - Mechanical EngineerLevel II Vibration Certification as defined by ISO 10816-2 CompetenciesA strong Mechanical and Electrical background including field troubleshooting will be a distinct advantage as well as previous maintenance experience within the power plant sectorExperience with vibration, Infrared, airborne ultrasound, balancing, NDT, Alignments or Root Cause Failure Analysis, basic fault diagnosis and condition evaluationPro-active, structured, self-motivated, communicative, reliable, credible, open minded, ambitiousGood presentation skillsShould be willing to travel abroad
Degree: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
