Project Management of multiple construction & teneant improvement capital projects. The primary responsibility will be managing multiple real estate projects in the India region, This will involve working on each phases of the project including feasibility, planning, procurement, execution and closeout. The role will demand the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to effectively maintain a programme of activity that will support the execution of the agreed real estate strategies. The output will be completing fit out and construction projects in compliance with corporate policy and delivering to customer expectations by taking each project through to final acceptance and close out. Key day to day activities will include managing project acitivty to a defined programme; robust cost estimating as part of the initial feasibility work, support vendor selection process, manage site construction, design & cost management, value engineering thru external Site Project manager / Architect / Consultant / Contractors required to remain within budget; managing the scope & internal customers expectations; directing internal support functions (HSE, Risk Management, Procurement, Finance, Secuirty, Legal, IT) to ensure that all parties are meeting the agreed deliverable, quality and financial responsibilities; working closely with other internal corporate support functions to ensure corporate policy is adhered too & safe working practices are employed.Leading cross-functional projects teams; partnering with key contacts & maintaining strong working relationships Leading cross-function teams through the design, procurement,execution & close out phases of a project, comprising a combination of external service providers, internal HON support services & business representatives. Providing clear direction to the team to deliver the project within the agreed parameters with the ability to escalate key issues for resolution, when necessary. On-going partnering with internal (Supply Chain, IT, HR, Legal, HSER, Risk Management etc) & external (project managemnt, architect, engineer & cost consultants) to ensure the successful execution of the overall project programme. Developing & maintaining strong working relationships with senior management in the business across the region, striving to provide excellent customer service in all the aspects of service delivery from the Global Real Estate team (GRE) & acting as an agent for change as Honeywell s culture develops. Working with the RE Managers, Global Project Management Council to ensure the delivery of high quality & vibrant working environments that are considered an asset to the company and assist Honeywell through its on-going transformation, whilst managing to pre-determined budgets.Managing data integrity, portfolio analysis and adopting best practice Optimise Honeywells use of its property assets across the India region, with a strong emphasis on cost and space reduction opportunities. Supporting the RE team on planning & reporting. Adopting best practice within the real estate & project management industry and conducting all property related activities in line with corporate policy & procedures.QualificationsBachelor Of Engineeing (Civil Preferred), MBA or PGDBA (Optional)
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 6-10
