Partner with HR Teams of functions and/or countries to enable the execution of the worlds best Global Talent & Development practices with the main emphasis on building GM s talent pipeline and aligning talent management with talent development.Macro Responsibilities Partner with the client to identify and prioritize business unit / functional / county talent and development needs. Leverage GT&D network for best practices and scale locally as neededPromote and provide strategies for talent development in alignment with Analytics and Talent ReviewsSocialize and drive the adoption of development programs within client teams, with localization as needed and sharing of local successes with global colleaguesIdentify trends in leadership development needs and collaborate with core CoE, other Regional CoEs, or field HR for solutionsCollaborate with field HR to implement a culture based on our values with an emphasis on Workplace of Choice & engagementDrive Talent Management mindsets and principles across the organizationSupport critical business transformations by building field HR Change Management capability with emphasis on coaching, organization design, team development & strategic changeProvide transformation consulting on enterprise wide and and/or region wide transformation challenges (in partnership with Field HR)Be assigned to one of four Core CoE teams (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Workplace of Choice/Culture) as representative of Regional CoE, providing input to the associated strategies and at times taking the lead of certain programsStaying abreast of trends, philosophies, and products in Talent & Development businessBeing proactive with observation and solutions to help the Regional CoE structure/strategy become a highly effective strategy for GMClarifying the appropriate accountabilities of Core CoE, Regional CoE, Field HR whenever neededBeing a local strategist in support of local needs, but driving towards common solutions whenever appropriateBeing faculty for various Talent Development offerings (People Leader Basics, Compass, EL etc)Actively partnering with Field HR as well as the Core CoE to ensure bi-directional relationships and program developmentQualificationsQualificationsMasters in Human Resource/PMIR. Relevant HR,certificationsBasic Required Experience - 10years + in HR function Foundational SkillsTalent Management, HR Planning, Project Management, Performance Management, Learning Delivery, Contracting, Needs Analysis, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Facilitation skills, Team development Problem solving, Operational excellence, organizational and business transformation consulting, business acumen, global perspective, Flexibility and organizational agility, Communication skills, coaching skills, Managerial Courage
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
