RoleProvide Second Level Business and Technical Support for an application hosted in Microsoft Azure. Respond to complex "How to" questions of the business users.Use the ticketing system effectively to record every new request or incident. Provide leadership in creating Knowledgebase.Create reports for the client to highlight KPIs and trends which will help in the improvement of the product's ability to meet business needs continuously. Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to resolve issues and to manage the expectations of the customer during the phase when tickets are work in progress.Review the workarounds already provided by the Engineering Team for known issues and resolve those incidents without escalating them to the Incident Analysts. SkillsShould have experience in providing Technical Support for Applications to US/UK based end users. Preference will be given to those who have provided support for ERP/CRM/Contract Management Solutions. Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to understand customer's business process. Flexible enough to look beyond the "Job Description" and work towards resolving a problem and Customer Satisfaction. This will mean stretching beyond normal both in terms of time devoted to resolve problems and in enhancing the knowledge about the application.Ability to handle difficult situations, created by the client, elegantly. Ability to sustain rotating shifts.
