Job Details

Maintain and support Cisco's UCCE and related Cisco IP telephony infrastructure. Administer and troubleshoot Call Center systems, IVR, Call manager, Voicemail systems and the supporting infrastructure. Good Knowledge on Call manager, Gateways, IP IVR, ICM, CVP.(Min 2 years experience in relevant field). Good Knowledge on SIP and H.323 Protocol. Implementation and support across platforms in the call centers involving CTI integration to switching platforms, dialers, call recorders and desk top platforms. Maintain documentation of the environment and operational procedures. Very good understanding of the ITIL process- IM, SR, AM, PM, CM, etc., Flexible able to adapt to a changing environment. Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a global environment Exercises judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action.
Degree: M.Sc. (Science) | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 4-8
