We are looking for a dynamic content specialist, who can run the content function and support the Digital Marketing team in creating content suitable for various channels.The main purpose is to reach, engage and attain new clients/customers, stir discussion, and drive traffic to company website and social media platforms.The person should be self-motivated with a passion for content, proactive and a multi-tasker with an ability to get the job done with minimal supervision. Should be able to meet deadlines and ensure quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment.Your specific roles and responsibilities will includeAn articulate writer confident in creating diverse range of engaging content that will help strengthen brand awareness, garner website traffic, create thought leadership and followership across digital medium and build pipeline.This person will act as the internal editor who will create, edit, curate and publish every piece of content or message as per brand standards and guidelines.Responsible for company website - writing, editing, and proofreading site content, work closely with the technical team to maintain the site.Strengthen the social media impact by creating cutting edge content as tweets and posts and ensure the content is SEO algorithm friendly.Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.Working closely with the Digital Marketing team and assisting in its progress of digital and direct marketing campaigns being executed.Write PR content.Content amplification on both owned media (Social, Blog, PR) and third party media (advertorials, influencer blogs etc.)Ideation & writing copy for creative assets e.g. Banner ads, Landing Pages, infographics, Marketing Emails etc.Produce high quality content to educate, inform and coach our customers/prospects. The content will be in the form of blogs, videos, newsletters, Whitepapers etc.Optimize content for search engines and analyse efforts to improve content strategies and overall reach.Advise and assist teams for all content-related mattersDiscover areas of improvement for content across the channelsMust be proactive, self-starter and open to working independently and be self-drivenSkills/ Qualifications2+ years of experience in content management, driving amplification, marketing of all forms of content across different digital channels.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Experience in writing for the Web, content management.Extreme proficiency in internet research.Experience with social networks and implementation of social media marketing.Possesses a creative flair coupled with an ability to make data driven decisions.Has an ability to thrive under pressure, work within tight deadlines and a shoe string budget if needed.Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.Deep-dive into Google Adwords- mostly keywords.Comfortable in writing content - be it website, EDMs, landing pages, Blogs etc.Educational QualificationGraduation/Post Graduation in English, Mass Communications, Journalism, PR/Advertising, BBA/MBA (Marketing)Experience Minimum 1.5+ year of domain experience.Preferred BackgroundMarketing. Educational QualificationGraduate
