Strength in HSSE leadership and can demonstrate a track record of Goal Zero no harm, no leaks- University/bachelors degree in related disciplines.- At least 5 years experience in complex corporate environments in functional/service (corporate travel) oriented related role.- Strong commercial background is essential.- - Deep knowledge of the corporate travel market and services is desirable.- Proven track record in delivery of large scale transactions in challenging environments. Knowledge of corporate travel market is desirable but not essential.- Comfortable working with, and leading through uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity and incomplete information.- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead and foster this leadership quality throughout teams.- Proven track record in business partnering, strong stakeholder relationships.- Proven communicator at all levels.- Proven ability to maximize business opportunities.- Experience in working / leading within a multicultural and multi-country environment is essential.- Can demonstrate external focus, simplicity and speed of delivery.- Experience of leading and driving frequent change in a dynamic fast-moving environment.People Skills- Model the right HSSE behaviors and drive a generative HSSE culture- A seasoned professional with broad business experience.- A clear proven track record in delivery, self starting with the ability and courage to initiate.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including a proven ability to readily influence others and lead effective global networks, relationships.- High energy level individual, with the determination of seeing things through and succeeding.- Passionate about travel.- Excellent people, oral/ written skills, comfortable with communication at all levels of the Group.- Strong appreciation for cultural diversity, with excellent reputation in dealing with, working, and inspiring staff of multiple nationalities and related cultural backgrounds, underpinned by an ability to get things done against this backdrop and through good working relationships.- External outlook ability to spot relevant external trends and translate these into opportunities and responses.- Business acumen to understand the economics of a solution or service, including cost drivers, value and the tradeoffs associated with risks, quality, schedule, and cost.- Hold people to account for delivery of commitments by setting smart and joint targets and encouraging right behaviors.Additional- Higher level professional education , or equivalent commercial qualification and/or background desirable.- Experience in the commercial management of service contracts, including supply chain analysis, management of risks, and supplier relationships.- Experience in performance measurement and managing improvement projects.- Capacity to interpret data and to look beyond the numbers to identify key trends, develop and recommend strategies to support the assigned contracts objectives.- Previous experience or knowledge of the travel category is an advantage.
