Job Description1.Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health and Environmental Regulations, Procedures and Plans.2.Anticipate and identify key issues affecting contract objectives and priorities.3. Undertake full responsibility for the P&L of the contract. 4. Develop strategies and solutions associated with the project, andmanage their implementation, optimising cost, schedule and performance activities.5. Locate & recruit suitably competent directly employed Scaffolders. 6. Overall accountability for input & accuracy of timesheet /wages7. Attend client program meetings & agree timelines in line with available resources.8. Support reporting supervisory staff 9. Provide interface point for Client.10. Ensure that adequate resources are available for the work to be progressed in accordance with the programme.11. Manage the implementation of the Quality Assurance Programme for the various contracts12. Manage the Labour bank ensuring that all personnel are Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) for the roles theyare to undertake. 13. Manage the implementation of Quality Plan for the variouscontracts 14. To ensure all work is undertaken within the job holders demonstrated level of competence.15. Undertake site measures in accordance with contract requirements.16. Ensure costs are correctly allocated to individual nominal codes. 17. Prepare monthly cost and valuation forecasts and reports.18. Ensure that job schedules & all associated contracts paperwork is completed accurately & fully detailed19. Compile regular appraisals for all direct & sub-contracted reports. 20. Liaise monthly with the invoicing dept. to ensure work valueclaimed is in line with costs incurred / actual scaffold structures built / dismantled21. Authority to develop and implement strategies to improve daily operations on site22. Management of own resources 23. Authority to develop and implement strategies to improve peoplemanagement in conjunction with HR 24. Be aware of the business continuity plan for the part of thebusiness you work in 25. Create and maintain a vibrant, engaging and celebrative culturethat deliver business excellence and promote personal learning & development and enhances companys values.26. Reviews and resolve business issues to capitalize on business opportunities or to resolve business challenges.Aware ofopportunities in the region. 27. Identify New contract and clients
