Generate maximum revenue for the organisation through regular Banqueting functions, Outdoor Catering events, Corporate Party Orders, etc.Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales and labour costsAchieve maximum profitability and over-all success by controlling costs and quality of serviceParticipation and input towards F & B Marketing activitiesMeeting Corporate clients & regular guest for business opportunitiesCoordinating with the Guest and business managers for the rates & menu discussions, planning on the budget and the event venueResponsible for the outdoor sales of each business verticalRetail sales target achievementNeeds to have flair for Hotel & Restaurant industry as well as in terms of guest interaction should be a good entertainerMonitors profitability and customer satisfaction; takes action to correct problems and increase customer loyalty and profitability.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
