Job Description OverviewWe are looking to hire an experienced Social Media Marketing professional; who will plan and implement all FB Advertising/SMM/SMO/ORM related online initiatives for RadioLocus. These initiatives will need to reflect in visitor traffic to our site and successful conversion from visitor to buyer. The position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial setup with excellent growth opportunities.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesComplete hands on understanding of Facebook Advertising and its Offline platform (Power Editor).Strong understanding of the Audience creation, expansion and optimization strategies.Ability to plan and implement large scale FB campaigns for fan acquisition/Brand building as well as ROI focused campaigns.Strong understanding of campaign creation for new products/product categories from scratch.Adept in making large-scale changes/implementations across the campaigns/ advert-set/advert on regular basis, with accuracy. (This, quite often can be on day- to-day basis)Strong Analytical Skills with good working knowledge of MS Excel.Good understanding of Google Analytics and other third party analytics platforms like Hootsuite/Sprout social etc. for regular reporting.Good understanding of other social platforms like Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest etc.Required Knowledge, Years of Education, Work Experience, Skill Sets, and/or CertificationRelevant Experience 1.5 to 3 years.Organized & Detail-Oriented Ideal candidate would be required to work on and implement large-scale campaigns and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines.Quantitative skills Ability to optimize campaigns for ROI independently, analyzing trends and other KPI benchmarks.Knowledge-seeker Incumbent should have strong knowledge and hands on experience of SMM and should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in SMM and Digital Marketing.Quick learner Should be able to quickly understand new features/technology in SMM and implement the same.Team player & Ownership Should be a team-player with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
