Full time PDGBM / MBA (Marketing) from reputed B-School 3-5 Yrs. of experience in BD/Sales/Corporate Sales Should have consistently achieved targets in previous assignments Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills and Interpersonal skills Must be following time management, persuasive, innovative, lateral thinking, organizer and an initiator Sales oriented, Aggression to achieve, Confidence, Persuasiveness are few qualities looked forResponsibilities To develop new business opportunities by marketing Online Assessment based solutions. Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with corporate HR Managers and maintaining them over time. Knowledge of principles and methods for Showing, Promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, Product Demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control. Having the ability to maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market. Will be responsible for the Training and Development of team members, Sales Forecasting etc and also develop and control sales and service programs. Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce)
