Ensuring all targets are achieved as per the sales plan.Motivating and leading a team to achieve their individual targetsEnsuring cordial relationships with customers in order to keep them happy, satisfied and provide pleasant 'in dealership' experience.Improving SSI , RDI or any other customer satisfaction related scoresCoaching and mentoring subordinates.Creating a conducive atmosphere for working at the dealership.Ensuring all reports are generated on time.Analyzing reports and taking corrective actions.Ensuring all processes are adhered to by the team membersMeeting customers and taking informal feedback on a regular basisAnalyzing dealership SSI scores and taking corrective actions.Managing inventory & Training and developing team members to perform betterLiaising with manufacturer w.r.t vehicle ordering, finance, schemes, activities etc.Liaising with financial institutions, insurance, RTO and allied businessesInterested candidates may email their resume to careers@niojak.com or call Ms. Raveena Modi on +91.22.42271300Desired Candidate ProfileEducation, Experience & Skills- 1. Post Graduates in Marketing with an experience of 3-5 years in automobile dealership with exclusive experience in handling corporate clients. 2. Should have at least 2 years as an Asst. Manager 3. The candidate should possess the followingAbility to think strategically & analyticallyGood business and financial acumen.Good public relations skillsA team builder with strong leadership skills.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 3-5
