Job Details

CSRL will be single point contact for all key decisions makers of the portfolio corporate? CSRL needs to understand & analyze the corporate requirements and provide customized solutions to fulfill their short term & long term requirements? To track competition offers during corporate visits & proactively recommend for review & revision to Product & MCC? CSRL with help of MCC would create strong visibility for the bank in the corporate premises? To upgrade key decision makers, senior officials to YES FIRST portfolios? Ensure High standards of Service Quality delivered to the corporate ? Work with other product sales groups in the location for Cross Sell facilitation? Review the catchment, identify target relationships for new acquisition basis the wish list / CRM? Conduct Joint calls with relationship Group RMs, Product, Senior Leadership to facilitate acquisition of new key relationships? Ensure highest share of potential accounts in the portfolio corporate? Work towards maximizing conversion of OPDT accounts (Senior Management) and increasing YES FIRST penetration? Ensure 85% Salary Credit (SLC) in accounts acquired from portfolio corporate? Monitor and ensure FTNR on logged in AOFs is within set benchmarks? Review Complaint Management & Service Excellence for portfolio corporate and highlight gaps to Service Team? To strategize & implement various cross sell initiatives of balance builders & asset products to improve product penetration in the portfolio? To work effectively towards cracking large deals on income earning products like Gift Cards, Asset Products, MF & Insurance? CSRL to have first hand information on potential business opportunities, expansion plans, key tie ups, mergers & details on group companies of the key corporate and help capture maximum share of corporate business potential? To drive migration to electronic channels and explore opportunities of setting captive ATM s in the corporate premises to improve visibility? To explore other banking requirements and coordinate with other relationship groups to increase banking relationships? Conduct regular activities , helpdesks / service desks at the corporate to increase visibility? Jointly review portfolio corporate with respective relationship RMs? Review corporate & portfolio profitability? To meet all wish list /identified key corporate jointly with relationship RMs and follow up for empanelment? To review corporate requirements & competition offering and provide customized solutions with help of product to ensure conversions? Ensure all senior leadership is contacted personally and pitched for Salary Accounts? Work towards getting maximum share of accounts in the acquired relationships? Work with CMS PSM for straight through salary processing set up via corporate Net-Banking? Ensure 85% Salary Credit (SLC) in acquired corporate? Guide, supervise and drive the team to achieve business objectives? Monitoring performance and ensuring productivity of the team? Review re-designation / closures in portfolio corporate and ensure portfolio quality
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
