Key ResponsibilitiesGet new sales representatives for success by training them on Replicon products, internal sales processes; develop individual coaching plans, provide resources and assistance, schedule meetings and learning sessions with senior representatives and other department representatives.Proactively ensure that the Sales learning material is kept up to date and has the latest informationDevelop learning programs that is customized to the organization's goals, values and mission statement.Determines learning needs by sitting with sales team; observing sales calls; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.Conduct learning sessions based on the training needs identifiedProvide active and ongoing support to the existing sales team through personalized coaching activitiesImproves learning effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques and constantly engages with sales managers for active feedbackUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalentMinimum 6 years of work experience, out of which past 2 years spent as in a sales trainer/coach role. Prior Sales trainer experience is a must have.Excellent verbal and written English communicationsExcellent Facilitation Skills, Performance Management, Motivating Others, Coaching & Feedback skillsVery good knowledge of MS OfficePrior sales experience desirable.Proven ability to develop and effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders and manage their expectationsResearch and reading skills should be interested in researching and reading for various subjects; should know how to research on the internet and/or books, libraries etc. for various topics
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
