Head up and manage the sales and distribution of Diamond JewelryPropose goals, sales strategies, channel and customer plans for the countryFormulate Channel Strategy and action plan, their relative importance, actions required to grow within each channel including channel promotions.Detect and propose business development and growth opportunities, ensure quantity and quality development in the assigned area (Business BlocksKPIs).Suggest new possible locations, manage the sales performance on monthly basis by customer, field visits to outlets on regular basis to insure implementation of building blocks along with insuring no abuseManage market consumer / trade promotions & activations to achieve business objectivesTake interest in continuous improvement of processes/tasks and suggest new ideas and methodologies for better productivity & performance.Implement brand strategies, achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives set by marketing, report on opportunities, obstacles.Working closely to update Competitor movements. Prepare on time reports that highlight and analyze competitive activity which will cover all key aspects of branding pricing, distribution, promotions in channel and communications.Train new comers on merchandising, sales skills, explain the company s sales principles and commercial policy, communicate new products, new projects, promo etc.Desired Candidate ProfileMBAwith 7 to 12 years of experience in Sales / Channel Sales for High Value Goods / Luxury GoodsPosition demands full attention to branding, sales, field management, and marketing and distribution management.Strong history of developing and sustaining partner network relationshipsSkillfully negotiates with others to achieve desired results/meet customer needsSales history showing ability to sell solutions in complex environmentsStrong understanding of operational issues and solutions
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
