*Ability to gather analytic requirements, design and build custom tools and deploy them to end users * Pipeline, Quotation Management, Lead generation, Activity trends, closed business, sales team performance, forecasting and incentive. * Highlight Critical focus areas, to Business and Leadership for Business Development. * Facilitate SFDC, SIP and Incentive initiatives. * Forecasting process enablement understand & act as link between Operations, Business & Finance.* Works to lean out to maximum effectiveness, the report generation process, through automation and centralization. * Domain Expertise in QlickView/Tableau etc. tools for Analytics, Financial Reporting, Operational, Sales & marketing etc. * Work for Sales Operations as regional interface develop leading indicators and trending analytics to increase performance effectiveness. Look for ways to integrate into current processes.* Drive Sales Operating System along with Tier Meeting.* Synthe data from multiple sources to provide analysis of findings and recommendations on driving optimization strategies and tactics to Optimize business risks.* Support the development of and monitor ongoing operational metrics; perform ad hoc analysis as necessary.* Monitor, analyze and report on key sales metrics at a District, Regional Level. * Sales Activity tracking and Customer connect initiatives for the region.
