Key Responsibilities?Mapping the customer journey by identifying all touch points and maximising the commercial opportunities therein.?Monitoring and maximising customer lifetime value to ensure maximum profitability.?Ensure effective database collection, management & segmentation for targeted marketing activities.?Oversee & manage direct communication with customers through different mediums.?Work closely with other departments to ensure delightful shopping experience for the customer. Key Relationships ?Company's marketing and merchandising, marketing & retail teams.KPIs ?Customer Acquisition?Lifetime Value?Repeat Buys?Database Management & Segmentation?Campaign ROIsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities ?Understanding and experience in using CRM/Loyalty platforms like Siebel, Salesforce, Microsoft CRM?Exposure to marketing platforms like Oracle, Adobe?Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement & retention strategies.?Confident communicator capable of inspiring strong collaborations.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications ?5+ years of experience in direct & digital marketing in a similar industry?Fluent in English (writing and verbal)?Excellent presentation skills?Sharp analytical skills?Post Graduate degree preferably in IT/Media/Communications
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science)

Experience: 5-10
