We are looking for a SalesForce.Com Admin Analyst to be part of our APAC CRM COE, Commercial Excellence based in Gurgaon, India.The SFDC Admin Analyst will support the Honeywell Security & Fire business, CRM function ( The SFDC Admin will aid in supporting field sales business and support processes that transact in the CRM system and will streamline processes by working with users to identify business problems and gather business requirements for system modifications. The daily activities will include managing questions about Opportunity and forecast management in the CRM system, providing individual deal support for internal sales teams, driving data accuracy in the CRM system, and acting as liaison between the CRM technical team and the users of CRM.Principal Responsibilities* Act as coordinator of regional and global program implementation, including task scheduling, meeting setup & notes and assisting Sales or Marketing with program execution.* First Interface to user for the SFDC technical & operational Trouble shooting.* Develop and maintain design documents for solutions by translating business and data requirements into functional specifications* Test and conduct user acceptance testing of patches and updates for production readiness* Develop training materials and conduct training sessions* Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules, and other setup options* Manage and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes* Build and manage custom objects, page layouts, workflows, and alerts as required * Build, Manage & Maintain Chatter Groups external & Internal Interface.* Maintain communication with greater Honeywell HSF SFDC support team.* Provide support for other Sales operating System Implementation in SFDC as needed. * Analytics & Log Issues highlights & Key Support internal support mailbox for Salesforce.comEducation Required* Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.* Certificate program in IT / Sales profileWork Experience Required* Prior experience working in a Sales Operations environment is required.* or other CRM administration and configuration experience (3 4 years)* Strong experience with ERP/CRM systems and process best practicesTechnical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required* Strong problem solving skills ability to quickly and correctly assess the impact, complexity and urgency of problems reported by customers (both internal & external).Job Function Commercial Excellence
