Experience in working with Windows Operating system particularly Log file analysis, Windows config files, Event Viewer files. Very good understanding of Web Servers (IIS), HTTP, Digital Certificates, Web Services, standard protocols like SOAP and LDAP. Expert in identifying and fulfilling technical, functional and non-functional requirements of software. Able to code and work with developers to fulfill conceptual integrity of actual code with desired Product and Solution Architecture. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to cultivate interpersonal Customer/Partner relationships and cohesive team interactions and communications. Assertive self-starter with excellent organizational skills Mandatory skills Advanced Programming Skills- .NET programming (C#), Web programming (HTML, Javascript, jQuery, CSS, VBScript, Classic ASP), Database programming (T-SQL), Scripting languages (VBScript), Ajax, Web Services (SOAP) Application servers/Configuration Tools IIS Database SQL Server Desirable skills TFS, Powershell, Providing Functional and Technical Training Other Desired Experience and Skills Good Exposure to requirements gathering, documenting requirements specification, Job Description CS Consultant (Pre-Sales) CS Consultant ( Pre-Sales ) work closely and proactively with On-Field Account Executives (AE) and extended sales teams to clearly articulate and demonstrate SupportSoft value proposition. Solutions Engineers gather unique customer requirements. Once understood, documented, and validated, these requirements are configured and customized into comprehensive demonstration(s) & presentation(s) of the capabilities of SupportSoft products. This individual must develop an acute understanding of customer requirements, competitor capabilities and emerging technologies, and having built that understanding, must work with the Account Executive to uniquely position and differentiate Support Soft in order to win the business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1 Learn and understand the SupportSoft products in depth and create the capability to customize the product to sellable requirement based Solutions. 2 Design and develop high quality solutions from the Base Product matching the customer requirements 3 Ability to design, develop and maintain Sales Demo Setups. 4 Ability to apply new features released by the Engineering and Services team back on to the Demo Setups and maintain them with configuration management. 5 Maintain, localize and enhance sales demo environments for regional target market 6 Design and deliver customer presentations articulately and confidently that target the customers technical and business needs 7 Assist AE with creating localized sales & marketing collateral i.e. competitive analysis, presentation slide decks and business case templates etc 8 Design and deliver customer presentations articulately and confidently that target the customers technical and business needs. 9 Understand the ROI Model for product line suites or internal core technology 10 Installation and configuration of product suite and systems on customers machines during a PoC and ensuring the system is functioning according to specifications 11 Data analysis and reporting on key success metrics 12 Work with AE to transition knowledge to the services team 13 Keep abreast of the technical knowledge and business impact of Consona product suites, services and systems 14 Conflict resolution Deals effectively with customers and team members in tense situations. 15 Self Awareness Recognizes and understands how one's own moods, emotions and actions affect others. 16 Attend regular training sessions to ensure product knowledge and skills are current 17 Interact with engineering and other levels based on field experience, as required, to improve product capabilities. 18 Undertake any other assignments for which the company s management may request your participation from time to time.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
