Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate mannerPro-active communication with external customers and work with the business team to resolve customer concerns, pricing discrepancies, credit holds, and related issues to ensure the customer needs are met.Expedite/Trace ShipmentsEnter customer complaints into the Quality Notification System (QNS)Monitor open orders and work with planning on material availabilityConsignment Order ProcessingEDI Order/Credit Card Order ProcessingResponsible for the Credit/Debit and Return ProcessRequirements5 years of chemical experience preferred or equivalent industry experienceExceptional Customer Service and communication skills requiredStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-taskStrongcomputer skills (esp. SAP)Ability to maintain composure and productivity in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well in a team environmentBachelor s Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
