Description-Handling customer issues for website-saregama.com / apps- Classical & Shakti / music cards-Guiding customers to resolve installation/ registration/ payment related issues-Job will involve taking customer calls as well as responding to mails-Coordination with different teams like tech/ content / product team to figure out the solution and accordingly guide the customer-Maintaining MIS of the issues and resolution provides-Keeping abreast with the product changes and updates-Maintaining response TAT-End to End responsibility of customer issues resolution
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)

Experience: 3-4
