Job Details

1. Customer Relationship manager for Lenovo managed Named accounts and commercial channel partner acquired key accounts2. Responsible for tracking and resolving open service calls for key customers proactively by coordinating with all the relevant verticals with services and also the sales team members3. Directing the team of account service representatives attached to the ASM to drive regular follow up and reporting activities with customers as per agreed terms4. Conduct Quarterly business reviews and update customers on service SLA status as per defined calendar5. Regular visits to customers for face to face meetings for relationship building and issue resolution6. Upsell services to improve service levels to customers7. Out of warranty spares sales- Will be responsible for revenue targets for the assigned region. Will need to coordinate with customers, distributors and channel partners to achieve assigned targets.Position Requirements* Graduate with 7 years work experience in Customer Relationship , service delivery for commercial channel partners* Preference shall be given to those who have worked with any of the OEMs in the IT Hardware industry.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
